Scripture Squawking

Recently I've really been trying to read my scriptures everyday, the same time and place, so that I can make it into a true habit. So, I picked to read on my bed while Cooper is in the tub playing, because I figured that that would be the time when he would be contained, and all I would have to do is listen. Turns out that all I end up listening to is his endless squawks to get my attention now that he is getting tall enough to push himself up and see around. See below...

Most of the time, he wins.

How could he not with that booty?!

Cooper is so cute! One of those pictures you wnat to just eat up:) I was feeling sick the other day and went to my medicine cupboard and found the huge bag of cough drops you got me when we visited this summer. I just wanted to say thank you so much for always being such a gracious host and I'm so glad that I wa able to get to know you the little time you lived here. I'm so lucky Brad's best friends married such wonderful ladies! Hope all is going well with your pregnancy and Steve's new job.

He looks like the full moon coming over the horizon...and just as charming!! I don't know where he got the booty...definitely not from my side of the family!! Hey! Try reading with him in your lap...some outloud...then you'll both develop the habit. Soon, you'll be holding his sister and he'll be sitting next to you with his own book!! Love, gma

You think it is hard to find some alone time now, just wait!! If you have to be disturbed while reading, at least he is cute about it. Grandpa D
